How to plan to care for your loved ones so you have peace of mind.

Families take many shapes and forms: LGBTQ two-parent families, single-parent families, families with foster kids, straight two-parent families, blended families, and step families. At this seminar, you’ll learn how to make sure your money and assets are inherited by the people you wish to support – regardless of what your family looks like! Attorney Lisa Schuchman will familiarize you with the law of community property, designating beneficiaries, and being thoughtful and fair when creating your estate plan.
