The Donor Communications Coordinator is a member of Philanthropy’s Experience & Engagement team and reports to the Executive Director, Donor Communications. The Donor Communications Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the intake, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for Donor Communications projects, including proposals, impact reports and related stewardship materials, event collateral, event and video scripts, website content, marketing collateral, outreach to scientific speakers, and related deliverables. The Donor Communications Coordinator maintains a complex matrix of current and future projects, pending requests, and associated deliverables, and is responsible for strengthening and scaling the underlying project-management processes and tools. They are responsible for scheduling and coordinating team and project meetings. The Donor Communications Coordinator serves in a unifying role for the Donor Communications team and the larger Experience & Engagement program of which it is a part, helping to ensure team members are aligned and deadlines and business objectives are met. The Donor Communications Coordinator also serves as a liaison with Fred Hutch’s Marketing & Communications team, which partners with Philanthropy on many projects.
