Are you prepared for an I-9 employment audit or how to respond to an ICE raid?

Due to the recent increase in immigration enforcement activities around the state and nationwide, GSBA, Ventures, and WA Immigrant Solidarity Network (WAISN) are joining together to provide resources and education for small business owners who want to protect themselves and their employees.

This workshop will feature a presentation from WAISN and from the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, and experts will be on hand to answer your questions and provide additional information.

Key takeaways:

  • Tools and information you can use to legally stand up for yourself, your employees, and customers

  • Local networks and resources you can connect with for more information and support

  • What workplace audits and raids look like, and how you can prepare your business, your family, and your community

Who should attend?

Any business owner, employer, HR Professionals, or manager in Washington State that would like to know more about how to protect their business, employees, and customers from I-9 audits and immigration enforcement raids.
