The 2020 election falls against a backdrop of over 200,000 American deaths to COVID-19, the largest civil rights movement in history, rampant injustice and disregard for Black lives, a financial crisis, and climate emergency. The current political climate and state of the world has so many of us feeling anxiety, fear, anger, and even post-traumatic stress leading up to November 3rd. The impact of these events don't exist in a vacuum and can manifest in the workplace and throughout your life.

During the next episode of Keeping It Real, social justice activists and mental health experts will join host Lindsey T.H Jackson to unpack this collective sadness we've experienced throughout 2020, and what we can do to support ourselves, our co-workers, and our community leading up to, during, and following Election Day.

Our Panelists
Margaret Browne, VP of Pharmacy & HCS Strategic Programs at Premera Blue Cross
Victor Loo, Practice Innovation Director of Asian Counseling & Referral Service
Tali Laverry, Founder & Managing Director of Yum Yum Morale, Author of Confessions from Your Token Black Colleague
