The GSBA Legal Council is the first regional chamber council in the nation. in the business of law. 

The purpose of the GSBA Legal Council is to promote economic empowerment and equity in the business of law by creating solutions to address challenges to diversity, equity, inclusion, and equality in the business of law.

Purpose: Promote Economic Empowerment and Equity in the Business of Law

Vision: Create new solutions and initiatives to address challenges to diversity, inclusiveness, and equity in the business of law

Mission: Create a fair, equitable, and diverse business environment for all, including LGBTQ attorneys

Objectives: Advance the economic empowerment of LGBTQ legal professionals by:

  1. Supporting access, networking, and business opportunities
  2. Training and Education on “The Business of Law”
  3. Creating a healthy, happy, and prosperous community and culture
