Women and gender-diverse entrepreneurs are a powerhouse in today's economy, yet still face unique obstacles in the business world. In honor of National Women's Small Business Month, we'll be joined by Melanie M. Norton, Deputy Director of the Small Business Administration - Seattle District Office as she shares resources for women-owned small businesses including:
- Economic impact of women-owned small businesses
- Training and customized business advising
- Certifications to open doors to new contracts
- Funding programs and access to financing

With this month's edition of Power Connect, we're fostering a unique space for women and gender-diverse community members to connect with each other in a welcoming environment and celebrate the growth and accomplishments of women and gender-diverse entrepreneurs and the vital role they play in our economy. Participants will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business during rotating break-out sessions, before delving into conversation focused on topical questions.

This event is FREE to attend, although registration is required in order to receive the link to join. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
