As the scientific community leads our fight against COVID-19 and its many variants, GSBA welcomes Fred Hutch's Amitabha ”Guppy” Gupta, Ph.D. (Associate Director, Scientific Content and Engagement) and Denise Buenrostro, Ph.D. (Postdoctoral Researcher) for an important conversation about Fred Hutch's work of harnessing our own immune systems to better detect cancer and other diseases. Dr. Gupta and Dr. Buenrostro will also discuss Fred Hutch's multifaceted approach to research from SARS-CoV2, to HIV, to herpes, and all the good bugs that make up our microbiome. Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Institute has been on the forefront of medical breakthroughs for 44 years, tackling cancer and disease with pioneering research methodologies.

This exciting webinar will stream live on Zoom and Facebook Live. Viewers will have the opportunity to ask our expert guests questions about recent research advancements with HIV, our continued fight against COVID-19, and more.
