It's finally time to dig up your business cards that've probably been collecting dust on your desk and meet us for our first in-person Power Connect event in over two years! We're excited to gather at Brooks' global headquarters in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood, catch up with community, and meet new business associates face to face. This event is free, although
registration is required. Light refreshments will be provided by Brooks.
Brooks' global headquarters is located in the heart of Seattle, right along the Burke-Gilman running and biking trail next to Lake Union. Please go straight to the 5th floor to check in with reception. The underground parking entrance is located on 35th St. Please remember that you may ask for parking validation for the underground garage with our receptionist.
Guest Speakers from Brooks will include:
- Henry Lingat, Workday Manager, Brooks Running. Henry has been in the HR Technology sector for several decades and has worked for Providence Health & Services, Fred Hutch Cancer Research, Expedia, Redfin and Bay Area Hospital. Henry is inspired by his husband and their daughter. In his free time, Henry likes to travel, kayak, snowshoe, and photography (Nature and Landscape).
- Kelly Groark, Director, Technical Accounting, Brooks Running. Having been first introduced to the GSBA in 2015, she has attended a number of GSBA events including the Scholarship Dinner and the Taste of GSBA and has been following the organization since. She lives in North Seattle with her wife and two kids.
