Do you sometimes feel like you are just surviving from day to day? Don’t you want to feel more like you are thriving? We all have a certain amount of time available in a day, week, month, or year. You are not alone if you frequently feel overwhelmed, out of control, and tired of having too much to do and not enough time to do it!
This workshop in partnership with Archbright and GSBA will show you how to move toward thriving in your life by identifying and focusing on important priorities, using your calendar to block time, noticing what throws you off your plan and building strategies to flex on purpose, and recognizing when you might need new habits and how to create them.
After this workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Recognize important priorities and how to block time to achieve them
- Identify interruptions that are most likely to throw off well-crafted plan
- Build strategies that will allow flex from the plan, on purpose
- Appreciate the value of periodically evaluating, adjusting, and creating more effective time management habits
