Donate an Item or experience to Equalux
EQUALUX 2024, on November 9, 2024 is the GSBA Scholarship & Education Fund’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and has become the largest LGBTQ+ and friends gala in the Pacific Northwest. Our event typically sees around 750 people coming together to raise funds to power the dreams of our future LGBTQ+ and allied leaders.
This is not your average fundraiser. Guests are sophisticated lovers of the arts and culture, they love great wine and wonderful food, and they patron the businesses that support our cause, the GSBA Scholarship & Education Fund.
Your donation will provide visibility for your business and show your community that you support LGBTQ+ & allied students who believe in equality for all. Your donations will receive prominent virtual visibility at the event, as well as on our auction website and in email marketing for the event. CLICK HERE for more information!
Unique Opportunities
Do you want to fundraise for the GSBA Scholarship & Education Fund but aren’t sure where to start? Major Donor Clubs
RUBY SLIPPER CLUB
The Ruby Slipper Club is the major donor club of the GSBA Scholarship & Education Fund. Ruby Slipper Club members demonstrate their support by making a significant gift of $1,000 or more per year. The GSBA holds an annual Ruby Slipper Club Reception for major donors as a thank you and to report on the growth of the Fund and its programs. Ruby Slipper Club members also receive a ruby slipper pin that identifies them as a major donor.
EMERALD JEWEL CLUB
The Emerald Jewels of the GSBA Scholarship & Education Fund are those donors who have given a one-time gift or a 1-3 year pledge to the Fund of $10,000 or more. This amount represents a significant contribution to our ability to support our future leaders. Emerald Jewels receive an invitation to the annual donor reception and an emerald pin that identifies them as a major donor.
PRESIDENT’S CIRCLE
The President’s Circle represents the highest level of donors to the GSBA Scholarship & Education and acknowledges those donors who have given over $50,000 over the course of their lifetime to support our future leaders. These donors receive an invitation to the annual donor reception and a diamond slipper pin.

Rainbow Legacy Club–How will you be remembered?
Investing in the future of our community through estate gifts to the GSBA Scholarship & Education Fund allows us to continue what we are doing today well into the future. Many donors have shown their commitment to tomorrow’s LGBTQ+ and allied leaders through bequests in their wills.
