This privacy policy notifies you of the privacy practices for GSBA’s Windows 8 app (“GSBA App”). The privacy policy notice below applies solely to the Windows 8 app.

The GSBA App does not collect or store user data. The GSBA App uses Bing Maps to display the location of member businesses. Upon selecting a business in the directory, the GSBA App transmits business address to Bing Maps, which may capture user information. Refer to the Bing Maps privacy statement at http://www.microsoft.com/privacystatement/en-us/bing/default.aspx for additional information. GSBA is not responsible for data transmitted to Bing Maps.
