City of Seattle's Department of Education & Early Learning (DEEL) is searching for a Early Learning Division Director who will oversee and direct the Early Learning Division, which is the largest division within the department. The person in this role will direct and manage all of the City’s investments in early learning, develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (including early learning partners, advocates, labor unions, school districts, other government entities, and elected officials), oversee the Division’s investment strategy as the early learning landscape continues to evolve, and develop policy and program proposals for the Mayor and City Council for these programs and new investments.
