As Washington prepares to welcome the world during FIFA World Cup 2026™ season, SeattleFWC26 is inviting communities across the state to take part in “How We Pride” — a statewide storytelling campaign celebrating Pride, visibility, and community connection.
The campaign features short cinematic videos highlighting athletes, artists, small business owners, drag performers, musicians, community leaders, and Washingtonians sharing what Pride means to them through one simple prompt: “I Pride by…”
Beginning May 19, a public digital toolkit will be available featuring short-form videos, social-ready content, downloadable assets, and easy ways to incorporate the campaign into events, venues, screens, and Pride programming throughout June.
Community members and organizations are encouraged to share the campaign widely, host viewing parties, incorporate videos into Pride Match Day watch parties on June 26, and even create their own “I Pride by…” videos using #HowWePride.
From Seattle to Spokane, Tacoma to Bellingham, Yakima to Vancouver, this campaign celebrates the people, stories, and energy that make Washington unique while helping create a welcoming experience for visitors from around the world.
