Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Overview
The JUST WALK IN Passport Campaign encourages participants to explore local businesses by visiting participating locations, collecting stickers, and redeeming offers. By participating, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The campaign is open to all individuals but some prizes may be restricted to aged 18 and older.
- Employees of GSBA and participating businesses may not be eligible for certain rewards or offers.
3. Passport Usage
- Passports must be used according to these terms and presented at participating locations to receive a sticker or redeem an offer.
4. Redemption of Offers
- Each business sets its own offer terms. Certain offers may be subject to availability, specific hours, or purchase requirements.
- Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated otherwise.
5. Collection of Stickers
- Stickers are collected by physically visiting participating businesses and presenting the passport for validation.
- Stickers have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
6. Lost or Damaged Passports
- GSBA is not responsible for lost or damaged passports. Replacement passports are at the discretion of GSBA.
7. Modifications and Termination
- GSBA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these terms without prior notice.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, GSBA may adjust campaign details to ensure a fair experience for all participants.
8. Limitation of Liability
- GSBA and participating businesses are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participating in the campaign or redeeming any offers.
9. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during the campaign will be used solely for purposes related to the JUST WALK IN Passport Campaign, unless the participant opts into additional communications.
