Showing Your GSBA Pride: Displaying Your Member Decal

Whether you’ve recently joined GSBA or have been part of our community for years, we want to make sure you have what you need to proudly represent your membership. Our updated GSBA window decal is included in all new member welcome packets — and if you’re a current member who needs a fresh one, all you have to do is reach out. We’re happy to send one your way.

This decal is a visible sign of your commitment to an inclusive, connected, and supportive LGBTQ+ and allied business community. Display it in your window, storefront, lobby, office door, or anywhere people see your work in action.

What Makes the GSBA Decal Unique?

We redesigned the GSBA decal last year with features that celebrate our values and help build connection across our network. Here’s what makes this version special:

  • No Year Listed: Because GSBA uses an anniversary-based membership model, the decal no longer includes a specific year. Your membership is valid for a full 12 months from the date you join — and your decal stays timeless.
  • QR Code to the Active Member Directory: Anyone who scans your decal is taken straight to the GSBA Active Member Directory. It’s a simple way to help customers discover the network of businesses that make up our community.
  • The Intersex Progress Pride Rainbow: This version is the first to include the new Intersex Progress Pride Rainbow — a bold, inclusive design that elevates visibility for the intersex community and reflects GSBA’s ongoing commitment to equity and representation.

Tips for Displaying Your GSBA Decal

Once you have your decal, place it somewhere visible to the people you want to reach. A small symbol can spark big connections.

  • Make it visible: Front doors, windows, and reception areas are great spots.
  • Keep it at eye level: It helps people notice it instantly.
  • Use a clean surface: A smooth, well-cleaned area helps the cling stay secure and look sharp.
  • Give it space: Clear surroundings help it stand out and look intentional.
