WORKING WASHINGTON GRANTS, ROUND 5
60% for arts, heritage, science sectors (incl. live entertainment venues). 40% for most other sectors (incl. hospitality, fitness, personal services).

State of WA Tourism
TOURISM DEVELOPMENT GRANTS
Multiple grants for tourism-industry businesses, including Sustainability (up to $30k for more inclusive visitor experiences) and Technical Assistance (up to $10k to subsidize projects that stimulate economic development) grants.
Applications open Aug 15 - Sept 15.

WA Department of Commerce

FLEX FUND LOAN PROGRAM
Low-interest loans up to $150,000 for WA small businesses and nonprofits.



City of Seattle
TENANT IMPROVEMENT FUND
Grants of up to $100,000 to build out commercial spaces and make commercial improvements more affordable. Requires letter of recommendation - reach out to biztech@thegsba.org if you need one.

Chase Bank
PROJECT ENGINUITY
Training, coaching and grant writing expertise to assist with applying for highly competitive SBA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) awards ranging from $50K-$250K (Phase I) and up to $750K-$1.5M (Phase II). Open to women and Black or Hispanic/Latino owners oftech-based businesses with IP ready for commercialization.
