Halloween lands on a Saturday this year, and GSBA members are turning Capitol Hill into a full day of Halloween 2026 events. There’s a free carnival with two trick-or-treat routes for the little ones, a drag brunch, horror trivia, techno and Y2K dance nights, a Día de Muertos party that raises money for GSBA scholars, and a fireside cocktail affair for the grown-up ghouls.
Every listing below is a GSBA member business. Pick your haunts, grab your tickets early (several of these sell out), and spend your Halloween dollars with the people who keep the Hill weird.
