Olympic Hot Tub Acquires Spa Warehouse, Expanding Wellness Offerings Across Puget Sound
Seattle-based Olympic Hot Tub has announced the acquisition of Spa Warehouse, expanding its reach and wellness offerings across the greater Puget Sound region.
The acquisition brings together two longtime leaders in the hot tub and wellness industry. Spa Warehouse, led by owner Dale Peash, has served the Pacific Northwest for more than four decades and is known as the exclusive regional dealer of Caldera Spas.
Olympic Hot Tub, which has represented Hot Spring Spas since 1982, says the partnership is a natural fit. Both Hot Spring Spas and Caldera Spas are manufactured by Watkins Wellness, creating a strategic alignment that expands product offerings while maintaining a shared commitment to quality, innovation, and customer care.
Don Riling, President of Olympic Hot Tub:
“This acquisition represents a strategic step forward in our mission to bring the healing power of water to more homes. By combining our resources and shared dedication to customer care, we will offer an unmatched selection of wellness products and services to greater Puget Sound.”
A Strategic Expansion
The acquisition strengthens Olympic Hot Tub’s presence across the Puget Sound region while bringing together two highly respected names in the wellness industry.
Watkins Wellness President Steve Stigers praised the acquisition, highlighting Olympic Hot Tub’s longstanding commitment to customer service and leadership within the industry.

Honoring a Legacy
For Spa Warehouse owner Dale Peash, the transition marks the continuation of a legacy built over 43 years in the industry.

Customers of both companies can expect a seamless transition, continued access to premium wellness products, and the same trusted service both brands have built their reputations on throughout the Pacific Northwest.
